I am located inside the AXIA / Seven Hills Women's Center at 3747 West Fork Road 45247 in Monfort Heights.  It is a beautiful, quiet room right off the waiting area.  You do not need to be a client of AXIA to schedule appointments with me at this location.  Primary hours at AXIA are Tuesdays 8-2 and Thursdays 2-8 and one Saturday a month.  My home office is for established clients.
