I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "Modalities" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.  Keep in mind that one, some or all modalities may be used during your session in order to achieve the ultimate benefits of massage therapy to you "Well Being"!

Rates for sessions:  

30minutes - $35.  

60minutes - $60.  

90minutes - $85.
