Welcome to Restore & Balance! If you’re looking for a professional massage therapist, you’ve come to the right place.

I have always been a believer in preventative health care and I truly love helping people. As a massage therapist I'm fortunate to be able to do work that is both an art and a science. I especially enjoy working with athletes and people who are addressing postural issues and/or recovering from injuries. I believe that massage is an integral component of true self-care and I hope to someday convince the whole world of this fact!

I began working in a day spa and then joined with a friend from massage school to open a massage practice. I've developed a style that blends relaxation and treatment to leave my clients feeling balanced. My goal working with clients is to increase their awareness of their bodies, and to educate them about the importance of self-care practices.

I am trained in a variety of modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Nueromuscular, CranioSacral, Orthopedic..), you can click on the "Massage" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.
