Attention Groupon Voucher Holders!
All appointments and requests must now be done via our contact us page. You may also schedule an appt. via Facebook! If you have difficulty scheduling using your Groupon voucher number simply disregard that step and schedule directly. Just make sure to bring in your voucher at your appointment time. If you show up for a scheduled appt. without your voucher information (i.e forgot it, lost it, can't retrieve of smartphone) you will be responsible for the full rate of your service, no exceptions. If you leave without being seen you will be assessd a $25 cancellation fee which must be collected at the next appointment.Your next appt. will be honored for groupon rate if you bring verification as long as it has not expired.
There are a few Groupon Vouchers that are soon to expire, please be ware of your expiration date. If your voucher happens to expire you can still use the value that was paid toward a regular priced service. The amount that you paid is still valid unless it was refunded by Groupon. Our phone lines have been extremely busy with Groupon requests nearing expiration. We are working hard to return all calls and requests. Although we make every effort to accommodate our clients scheduling needs, requests for certain dates and times are not guaranteed. Appointments are on a first come first serve basis and all appointments are subject to availability.

We keep doors locked at all times during sessions with our clients, please respect that we offer our services by appointment only. This is for our client comfort and ensures a quiet, peaceful environment.

How does "medical massage" and myoskeletal alignment differ from traditional massage?
These are massages are prescribed by licensed practitioners and massage techniques are applied according to type of injury or dysfuntion. It can be a combination of manual and/or mechanical massage, stretching, myofascial techniques, the use of thermal modalities (heat/cold) and topical analgesics to reduce pain, increase circulation, range of motion and flexibility. Your therapist and prescribing physician work closely together in providing the best possible plan of care.

TIPPING & GRATUITY
Please pay your therapist/technician cash or check when tipping. We will accept credit card tips on initial visits if no other form of payment is available. We offer holistic therapies at affordable prices, as well as wellness plans and promotions. Our therapists work very hard to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience for our clientele. Although we do not require a set gratuity amount or percentage, we feel that tipping 15% based upon the full service amount is sufficient and anything above is at your discretion and greatly appreciated. Our therapists income depends on fullfilled appointments and gratuity.

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any necessary paperwork etc. If you are late for your appointment that will cut into your appointment time. If you are 15 minutes + late for your scheduled appointment you forfeit your appointment time as paperwork can take 5-10 to fill out. Our cancellation policy will then apply. We have a $25 no-show/cancellation fee if you should cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or not show for your scheduled appointment time. This must be collected prior to the next appointment. Our therapists are paid by appointment and our schedule is booking up fast. These unused appointment times may have been used by others. We understand emergencies do happen from time to time, please call us if you are running late or unable to keep your appointment.
