I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, licensed and insured to perform massage therapy in the state of Maryland. 

I received my massage training at the College of Southern Maryland where I was awarded the Degree of Associate of Applied Science Massage Therapy, with honors.

Following my graduation at CSM, I have continued to develop my skills through continuing education in areas that I have felt would be most beneficial to a prospective client. I have also exchanged services with other therapist who were experts in their area of focus, allowing me to experience the techniques that I would ultimately incorporate into my own massage services.

A single modality may not meet all of your needs. I combine various techniques taken from Deep Tissue (pressure adjusted to suit your tolerance), Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, and Swedish (relaxation), to create an integrated massage that encourages your body to heal itself. Still not convinced? Book a 30 minute back, shoulder and neck massage. I assure you that you will receive a most unique treatment, where by we can determine if we can establish a healthy therapeutic relationship that will improve your quality of life.
