About Me

I grew up in this area, and have loved being in North Carolina.  I have a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University 2003. After many years in Customs and Logistics I decided to change my life and try my hand at Massage Therapy.  I always admired the life that my massage therapist had and wanted the same. After taking the advice from family and friends who felt that I had a compassionate and healing touch, I decided then to pursue a job that I can be passionate about and be able to help people feel better.  In 2007 I graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy.   I became a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in North Carolina and was also nationally certified in January 2008. In May of 2008, I started working Diane Adams, Massage Therapist at Therapeutic Massage on Central in Downtown Mt Holly, and have been there ever since.

The focus of my training thus far has included Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release Massage, Swedish, Chair, Sport Massage & Reiki. My training and education has not stopped since I have finished Southeastern however, I am a self proclaimed “lifelong student” and will always take courses to learn new modalities and better the ones I have learned already.

My goal is to provide the best treatment for the whole person and education is an important way for me to incorporate the best of what I have learned.  This is true for my massage business and personal life.  I have recently completed a program in Beekeeping and am now a Certified Beekeeper for North Carolina.
