My MISSION is to give clients an opportunity to enhance their overall health through Postural Restoration Therapeutic Massage -- physically, mentally and spiritually. Each client receives a treatment according to their personal needs that I acquire through consultation, massage and bodywork techniques, and, then suggested continued care for the client.
I specialize in deep tissue Swedish massage with positional release and Postural Restoration with soft tissue rehabilitation including a mixture of strokes, compressions, reciprocal inhibition, active and passive stretches, myofascial and trigger point release, Edgar Cayce’s Short-Leg Technique, Erik Dalton's MyoSkeletal Techniques and various other techniques with the aid of Medi-Cupping, Ashiatsu, hot stones, hot packs, and towels. Each massage has a goal to balance your body’s use of muscles enabling them to have an opportunity to perform at an equal level with more mobility, relieve stress and muscle tension, improve circulation, expand your mental and emotional well-being and immunity.
I graduated from Massage Institute of Memphis, certified in Neck Pain - Frozen Shoulder Release, MyoKinesthetics of the Upper Body, Myokinematic Restoration and Postural Respiration of the Lower Body through the Postural Restoration Institute, and in Myofascial Release-the 3-Dimentional Web and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Syndrome release, MediCupping, Ashiatsu and Erik Dalton's MyoSkeletal Head to Toe Techniques. I have been and am continually being mentored by two other LMTs with a combined experience of 55+ years with a multitude of techniques. I give my hands and feet up to The Lord to guide me through each massage individually. My massages have been beneficial to many clients.
Include in my LMT Massage Group are my associates, Cara Renfrow, and Michele Milne, who are both Licensed Massage Therapists and to whom I have mentored and shared my techniques. Cara and Michele have developed their own massage including these special techniques and have also helped many clients.
