Everthing in the Bodymind is connected to everything else in the Bodymind. The brain supervises all the connections by way of the breathing process. It repairs and maintains healthy communication of the Bodymind. When we forget to breathe because of stress, or illness, the brain effectivley goes "offline." Illness, disease and systems breakdown occurs. Body Talk is a therapy designed to increase communication between body parts, organs, enodocrines etc. to improve their function. We use muscle testing as a biofeedback mechanism to find "broken links." Ayurvedic tapping is used to connect to the breathing process to repair the links and to bring the brain back "online." This encourages the bodymind to self-correct and heal. Your initial session is 60 minutes. Follow- up visits are 30 minutes long. Usually only 3-5 visits are necessary to acheive lasting results
Polarity therapy is a type of bodywork which is focused on the energy fields of the body, rather than the physical body itself.
