I have been a massage therapist/ holistic health practitioner since 1985. I graduated from The International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) after completing their 1000 hour program. I have a City of San Diego license and a state certification.

During a massage with me you will experience a variety of techniques. Soothing Swedish, slow melting deep tissue and trigger point where and when necessary. There is always some stretching to help open up the joints.

Often I will teach you stretches and therapeutic movements to do at home to enhance what we have done during the massage, and to continue your healing.
