Body~Mind~Spirit

As a nationally licensed massage & bodywork therapist, a practitioner of 'Nuat Boran' or Thai bodywork & an alignment based yoga student, the professional therapy I provide perhaps embodies what I offer within the experience of client treatments. Treatments provide nurturing for not only the body & mind but also the spirit.  Merging West & East the treatments provide an understanding of anatomy, a cultivation of inner peace through loving kindness meditation and a sense of overall balance through movement further aligning body and mind with spirit.

Benefits of massage & bodywork therapy include:
Nurtures mind, body, spirit for the benefit of ones well being

Releases stress and tension on all levels (physical, mental, energetic)

Opens the body, mind and heart while increasing flexibility of joints

Deepens stretch and flexibility for better performance in any practice, sport or hobby

Realigns the body to correct posture

Re educates muscles and allows for trauma release and emotional release within the bodies tissues

Eliminates physical , mental and emotional toxins

Restores harmony and balance within and without the physical body to promote peace of mind and an overall sense of tranquility

Massage & bodywork therapy sessions can last up to 2 hours but can also be as short as 50 minutes in length.  Some people may even choose focus work for 30 minutes at a time. Your decision of which therapy modality and length of session should be discussed with me prior to your very first appointment and followed up with after your session is completed.  I invite you to call in advance, or email  for a brief consult or I'd love to meet with you in person.  Keep in mind that arriving 15 minutes early for your first therapy session is best.

Appreciations:
"I have known you 3 years I believe.
I began looking for a massage
therapist for medical reasons.
My physical therapist told me if I
didn't find a massage therapist that gave
deep muscle massages and see
the m t a minimum of once a month,
I would never get out of physical
therapy. That was incentive enough for me.
It took me "trying out" 4
different m t before finding you.
Finding you was a blessed day!
For one you kept me out of the physical therapist office
and keep the pain under control.
I have a massage very 2 weeks like clock work.
My body lets me know about 2 days prior to the
 massage that it is needed.
My range of motion in my neck is 100% better
and generally the stiffness and pain in joints
is much less with massage. I do not take any medication
 for inflammation
or pain and basically massage keeps me active,
moving and going on with a normal life. "

Erin, thanks for keeping me going.

"Thanks Erin for all your knowledge and therapeutic
abilities to help me
keep going in this busy world we live in-
without your help I would be in severe pain-
You have been the
best therapist I ever had in the past 15 years of treatment. . .
So whatever you know
and whatever training and programs you teach- pass it along.
You really know what
to do!"
Thank you,

S. P.
