Susan Dechow, LMT a graduate of The State University of New York Finger Lakes College. Licensed and registered in the State of New York for twelve years specializing in worldwide therapeutic techniques. As a member of the American Massage Therapy Association Susan utilizes her education and experience in many types of therapeutic massage which include

Swedish and Deep tissue Massages, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Massage Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Cold Stone Migraine Therapy, Warm Bamboo Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Geriatric Massage, Shiatsu and Chair massages.

With 25 years of Healthcare experience Susan offers experience and knowledge with direct patient care which includes Orthopaedics, Family Medicine, Emergency care, Med/Surg hospital care and Occupational Medicine. These healthcare specialties allow her to work with patients in a professional caring and confidential manner. In addition Susan enjoyed working in Complementary Medicine as a Massage Therapist and Clinical secretary  at UR Medicine Thompson Health BodyMind Center for over 6 years. With respect to the art & science Massage Therapy offers, Susan advocates the importance of incorporating therapeutic massages routinely into your health and wellness plan.
