Serenity through Touch is operated by sole proprietor, Lisa Anderson, LMT, CMT, a 9-year seasoned therapist with a background in treatment therapies.  Her practice is located in the Wellness Center on Meadow Way, next to the Hospice Thrift Store in west Truckee. Lisa offers integrative therapy utilizing a variety of techniques to help with sore muscles, relieve tension, assist with recovery from injury, decrease stress, and help you get moving again.  With her advanced certification in orthopedic massage, Lisa is able to assess and evaluate what is happening in your body by looking at your range of motion and posture, then discussing the best treatment plan to help with your condition.
