I have been practicing CranioSacral Therapy, a gentle touch method, for 3 years. I took coursework through the Upledger Institute and practiced in a clinical setting. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist (CT License #006309), having graduated with honors in April 2010 from the comprehensive 1 year full-time program at Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT). This has prepared me academically, clinically and professionally to join the field of massage therapy and bodywork. A bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Iowa and many years of teaching have additionally contributed to my deep desire to work with people in a healing, helpful, holistic manner.
