  Welcome

Welcome to my Website!

I am a Nationally Certified, Georgia State Licensed, and AMTA Insured Professional Massage Therapist.

I do a combination of Stuctural/Deep Tissue Massage, Injury Massage, Russian Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy to provide you a treatment that can effectively reduce pain and improve mobility and flexibility. This is not the sort of “fluffy” Swedish massage that you would expect to get at a spa.  This is a beneficial massage that targets specific areas of your body, with the intention of breaking up restrictions and creating length in the muscles and connective tissues. My goal is simply to improve your quality of life by reducing your aches and pains and increasing your ability to move comfortably.  If you have difficulty moving, daily aches and pains, tingling, numbness, or frequent headaches, or have recently had surgery or a muscular or soft tissue injury (especially one that requires physical therapy to restore normal movement and activity) then I may be able to help reduce or completely eliminate your symptoms.  For all new clients, your first massage session is half price.  Please call today to schedule your appointment!

Massage therapy can be used to break up soft tissue restrictions, creating more length in the tissues, which can reduce pain and increase flexibility and range of motion. It stimulates the body's natural healing processes by increasing blood flow, increasing the amount of red blood cells, and increasing the amount of oxygen, nutrients, and toxins that each blood cell can carry. Massage can increase muscle tone, stamina, and endurance, and reduce fatigue, stress, and recovery time after exercise or surgery. Massage therapy can be a beneficial treatment for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Golfer's or Tennis Elbow, Sciatica or Pseudo-Sciatica, and other sorts of repetitive strain injuries, as well as normal aches and pains, strains, sprains, soreness, headaches, low back pain, neck pain (including whiplash), just to name a few. Following surgery, after the acute phase and with your doctor's approval and possible specific instructions for treatment, massage can be used to break up scar tissue and reduce recovery times, especially if physical, occupational, or other sort of movement therapy is needed to restore normal use and range of motion of your muscles. Last, but certainly not least, massage therapy feels great!
