Each massage session includes pre and post consultation about your current health, your goals for the session, and any issues you wish to address. At the end of each session various recommendations will be given such as stretches or other preventative measures, like making sure to drink enough water, or the use of ice to help with any soreness. The goal is to educate and help you achieve a better qualify of life.
