We at BodyworkSites understand you value your privacy and we make efforts to respect that privacy when you use our services. We collect but do not link personal and activity data for non-authenticated visitors.

Our public website and the websites you create through our service are not designed to associate personal information with your activities (such as pages you view or things you click on or search for) for non-authenticated visitors.

We collect and link personal and activity data for authenticated customers.
If you have signed up for an account at any service tier and are logged in to the service (the Control Panel), information like your browser, operating system and IP address are associated to your account which contains any personally identifiable information you have provided during sign up, or later through your use of the service. This is generally only used to provide customer support when you call or email our support department, as well as software functionality of our website building service.

We do not store or share your precise location from web browser or device "location services"
We do not use web browser or mobile device location services to collect or store precise location data for you or your website's visitors. When you register with us, we do collect any physical address information you provide to us for the purpose of billing your personal or business credit card.

We may keep data indefinitely
Generally we keep your account data indefinitely for the purpose of restoring your website should you choose to discontinue service with us and then reactivate at a later date.

Our free website service tier displays ads on our customers' websites
Google uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your free website. Google's use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DoubleClick cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting Google's ads preference manager.

Analytics providers access data on our behalf
Analytics companies may access anonymous data (such as your IP address or device ID) to help us understand how our services are used. They use this data solely on our behalf. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any individual user.

You can contact us through our customer support to request to see this information. We do not have any personally identifiable information for anyone who has not signed up our registered for our services. Generally the purpose of storing this information is to provide customer support and website service functionality.
